We are starting the hunt for vendors for our second Autumn Extravaganza which will be November 7th.
Last year we were amazed at the variety of goods and services our vendors had to offer. We had a little of everything...handcrafted jewelry, doll clothes, decorative items, beauty consultants, and so much more. We try to have only one of each vendor (for example, only one Pampered Chef Consultant, only one Avon Representative, etc).
Booth Rentals are as follows:
- Double Booth w/ electricity - $100
- Double Booth - $90
- Single Booth (8x8) w/ electricity - $60
- Sinlge Booth (8x8) - $50
We also rent tables and chairs (limited supply available)
The Second Annual Cedar Grove PTO Autumn Extravaganza will be held November 7th, 2009. This year’s activities will include our Craft Fair, Door Prizes, Kids Play Zone, Cakewalk, and a Rummage Sale.
We are looking for Vendors to fill our gymnasium with booth after booth of shopping fun and excitement for our Craft Fair shoppers. If you are interested in becoming a vendor, please visit our Vendor Forms and Services section for more information. This year we have increased our advertising to include local newspapers, craigslist, and TV News listings.
In addition to the our Craft Fair we will have the following activities available to entertain our guests.
Door Prizes will be given out every 15 minutes, so the longer our guests stay and enjoy the fun, the better the chance to win.
Our Kid Zone is just the ticket for the game playing kids and kids at heart. This area will undergo a facelift this year. Be watching the website News to find out more!
The Cake Walk is the perfect stop for that sweet tooth. Cakes will be available to win throughout the day.
Our Rummage Sale was a huge success last year! Whatever bargain our guests are looking for, chances are, we will have just what they need. And don't forget, donations for the rummage sale are always welcome.
It seems like just yesterday we were telling everyone to have a safe Summer Vacation! It's hard to believe we have already started another school year.
Thank you for your interest in the Cedar Grove PTO. Throughout the year, we will notify you of upcoming activities as well as any volunteer opportunities by:
- Updating our Facebook Page (search CGE PTO and request to join the group to receive updates)
- Updating the Bulletin Boards in the Front Lobby at School
- Sending broadcast emails (make sure that your SPAM Filter does not block the follow recipients @ptomanager.com)
- Periodic Newsletters (sent with each report card)
- Sending flyers through the "Back-Pack Express"
As you can see, we try have a variety of methods to keep you 'in the loop'. However, if you need anything, please contact one of the PTO Officers.
